From here, you will have the option to either log in to an existing account, or sign up and create a new account. Please note, certain items on our website can only be bought if you have an account with us.

Do you offer any promotional codes?

  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of our service, we are unable to offer any form of discount or promotional code.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay. When authorising a payment on our website, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

How much is a monthly membership?

  • A Sneaker Circle membership is priced at £14.99. Your subscription will automatically renew on the date that your membership was purchased.

Can I cancel my membership?

  • Yes, you are able to cancel your membership at any time. Please note, you will be immediately removed from our discord server once your subscription has been terminated.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

SHIPPING

How much does delivery cost?

  • Shipping rates are as follows: £5.00 (United Kingdom), £25.00 (Europe) and £40.00 (Rest of World). Please note, all orders placed on Sneaker Circle are dispatched within a 1-3 day window.

Do you offer next day delivery?

  • Yes, we dispatch all items using an express delivery method and all items sold on our platform are in hand and available for immediate dispatch. Orders placed before 10am will receive same day dispatch.

What shipping couriers do you use?

  • We use DPD as our main delivery courier. We ensure to dispatch each order using a fully protected and insured service including a reference number allowing you to track your order once it is on its way to you.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, we ship all over the world. Estimated delivery times are as follows: 1-3 days (United Kingdom), 2-7 days (Europe) and 2-11 days (Rest of World). If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your item, please contact us.
